precautions for battery long service life

Avoid overcharge and discharge

►Check the battery level daily to make sure it is above 20%.
If the power is too low, it should be charged immediately,
and avoid using it when the power is lost or low.

►Make sure the vehicle is powered off before charging.
If you do not use the car for a long time,
the battery should be charged to about 60%,
too high power for a long time will lead to battery failure.

►It normally takes 3 months to charge and discharge the battery in stock.


Choose the right environment

►The forklift should be stored at room temperature，Dry, clean,
well ventilated, free of corrosive gases away from heat sources.

►When the temperature is too low, it is recommended to charge
the lithium battery immediately after the car is finished working.
Because the heat generated during the operation of the car can
make the battery charge faster within the allowable temperature range.
 

Charger Maintenance

►Use the manufacturer's specific lithium battery charging equipment.

►Check the health of the charger regularly.

►After charging, the charging gun should be immediately
put back into the fixed port of the charging pile.
